day 194

it POURED today. I thought it was never going to stop! My first class was canceled, and I thought the rain served as a good excuse for missing my second (and third...) classes. I literally spent the entire day in bed with this as my view. Lazy? Whatever.

day 129

today I was sorta down for the count - not feeling too hot (actually, i felt really hot. i think i had a fever or something.)

but anyway, my biggest accomplishments of the day were only throwing up once, making it out of the house to get my hair cut, and coloring this picture with the crayons maddie got me for christmas. i know, i know...it's a work of art.

and on the bright side, i feel a lot better!

day 122

I honestly did nothing today...the Shadday's left :( and then I just slept, packed for Lake Placid, and hung around alllll day. So for my picture, I'll leave you with my view from the couch :)

day 120

so we didn't have a white christmas, but we settled for a white "day-after-christmas!"

what a perfect way to spend a day - snowed in on the couch watching movies (like Toy Story 3....finally!!) and eating yummy food with your siblings & cousins :) i made someone snap this picture of me and regz - this was where we stayed for the majority of today.

day 99

okay, okay...I have a confession to make. I don't have a picture for Sunday.

Normally I would just ignore that and take a posthumous picture of something I did on Sunday, and none of you would know the difference! (mwahahaha)

but to be honest, I just don't feel like it! it was the last week of class and really all I did was study and do homework all day. who needs to see a picture of that?

if you're dying to know, it looked exactly like this, only with some more books and my computer in front of me.

forgive me? thanks :)

day 91

I came down with some mysterious 48-hour bug/virus/disease/plague on Friday and so today, I'm eternally grateful to wonton soup and all of its healing powers.

...oh, and to extra strength tylenol. that helped too I guess.

day 70

this picture is the view from my bed, mainly because that's where i spent the majority of my day saturday.

i woke up at the crack of dawn to go to the CYC (on a Saturday!?) for CPR and first aid certification training. I fell back asleep as soon as I got home and then spent the rest of the night in/around my bed! boring, i know.

day 7

I spent Sunday hanging with the vonTrapp's, everyone's favorite musical Austrian family! I didn't feel too well when I woke up Sunday morning, but thank God the Sound of Music was on to occupy my day. And then, imagine my excitement when it came on again as soon as the first one ended. That's right. I watched the Sound of Music twice. 8 hours of Julie Andrews, Captain vonTrapp (who is quite a cutie!), and 7 little Austrian kids running around in outfits made out of drapery. best.day.ever.
